Our valued patients and clients,
We are slowly beginning the process of providing in-person physiotherapy services again.
Thank you for your patience at this time. We know you will support us as we move forward.

Or, if you are uncertain and want to do a “ride-along,” click HERE for a link to a YouTube video of the route.
Please arrive for your in-person appointment 5 minutes ahead of your appointment time.
Call the Clinic, 780-432-9555, to inform us of your arrival.
A team member will come down and greet you as soon as possible.
You will be asked to complete COVID-19 screening questions before entering the facility.
You will then be escorted to the Clinic for your appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be provided for you.
Your physiotherapist will be wearing a mask for your protection.
We strongly encourage you to wear a mask, make your physiotherapy appointment the only outing of your day and follow all guidelines to limit transmission of illness.
Ultimately it is your choice to wear a mask if you wish to protect others.
You are asked to follow AHS guidelines for the prevention of disease transmission including wash your hands often, cover your coughs and sneezes and avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
Enhanced disinfection measures are in place within the Clinic.
Contact-less services for administrative tasks will be utilized as much as possible.
The specifics of your appointment may be different than you are used to.
Only essential services will be provided.
We will not have access to other amenities at the Centre at this time.
We will be restricting the use of certain exercise equipment and only using non-porous pieces of equipment.
Please bring any thera-band or fitness loops you will need with you if you need clarification about their use for exercise.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I can be reached at 780-432-9555 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for your part in making the interaction as safe as possible for you, your physiotherapist and the community at large.
