Braiden is in his final year of the Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology program at the University of Alberta, and is currently working on completing his professional practicum at the Kinsmen Physical Therapy Clinic under the supervision of Simon Cooke, PT. He has also worked as a Student Kinesiologist for the University of Alberta Varsity Wrestling team.
Braiden believes in the benefits of exercise for everyone, and has a particular interest in exercise rehabilitation to restore movement to individuals at all skill levels. Braiden’s goal is to earn a master’s degree in Physical Therapy so he can help more individuals achieve their movement and exercise goals.
Braiden has a background in soccer and powerlifting. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hiking, reading, and spending time outside.
Braiden is also a huge advocate for harm reduction in the community. He volunteers his time to Indigo Harm Reduction, which provides vital health education and support for the night life and festival community.
