Alan completed his Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in December 2016. In addition to his physiotherapy degree, he has a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Science where he studied exercise interventions for scoliosis. He has completed postgraduate training in Manual and Manipulative physiotherapy and currently holds a Level 1 Certification.
Before embarking on his physiotherapy career, Alan worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. He holds a Certification as a Sports Nutrition Coach for Precision Nutrition.
Alan stays active and spends his time mountain biking, running, swimming, lifting, and enjoying the back-country in the Rockies.
Alan applies his knowledge of exercise, movement, and competitive sport to design a sustainable, targeted, and unique program to help you reach your rehabilitation and performance goals.
